Leslie L. Garrison Leslie Lynette Garrison is a native of New Orleans, LA. She serves as the Heliophysics Outreach Lead for NASA Heliophysics Science and the Magnetospheric Multiscale Mission (MMS) at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and NASA Headquarters. Leslie is responsible for working with youth, formal and informal educators, and the general public in the United States and abroad in the areas of NASA science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics (STEM). Her responsibilities include planning, coordinating, implementing, and managing the NASA and Heliophysics mission’s outreach activities to meet NASA’s Education Public Outreach goals and guidelines. She has received numerous recognitions for her skilled and talented leadership in providing NASA unique STEM educational professional development trainings for educators and exciting hands-on workshops for youth.
