Crafting is much more than a hobby to me but it is a passion for art. When I find that perfect material it is up to me to create something magical with it. Whether it's crochet, knit or loom knit, I'm always learning new techniques and love to share.

I started crocheting rather late in life as both a physical, and relaxation therapy, after an injury kept me sedentary. In those intervening months, I discovered a passion for creating. Crafting became my hobby. Years later, my day isn't complete without spending time with a hook in my hand to spend time with the wonderfully dyed fibers. I take deep joy in learning about this craft and increasing my skills. When I hold a yarn, I begin to see it as a sculptor might look at a piece of marble, wondering what wonderful item lays within. It is up to me to bring it out.
What Inspired You to Make This?
I love the theme of metal that will get me back into what I put down a few years ago. It's an excuse to bring my metal 'yarn' out of storage to be able to share how fun it is with others.
