Donn Harms

Donn K. Harms is a Registered Patent Attorney by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office since 1995. He has worked with solo inventors, small businesses, startups, and larger companies, for their U.S. and International Patents, Trademarks, and licensing matters. In addition to his current practice as a Registered Patent Attorney and the Managing Partner at American Patent & Trademark Law Center, Mr. Harms has served as an Adjunct Professor, at the University of California, where he lectured on the Principles of Patent Law, Trademark Law, and Intellectual Property Prior to practicing law, Mr. Harms owned and operated a small business with 50 employees for over 15 years. He thus has a vast amount of practical experience in small business startup and operation.
