Birdgarden 2.0 radio mod
Discover how technology and nature can coexist! Come and discover the open-source educational project Birdgarden 2.0, a pair of smart devices for nest boxes or feeders, with hidden cameras and environmental sensors. Each visit is recorded with photos, videos, and weather data, which can be viewed online in real time. The initiative aims to foster biodiversity in the city, promote bird gardens 2.0, and spread environmental education. With volunteers and radio amateurs, new features are being designed, such as sending images via radio/SSTV, 3D printing of nest boxes and feeders, the use of LoRa Wi-Fi to send image data, and the introduction of AI for species recognition.

Il faro d'argento APS
Come Code Club abbiamo realizzato dei semplici videogiochi e dei piccoli robot a scopo didattico. Alcuni soci si dilettano nella progettazione e stampa di oggetti in 3D per diversi scopi, è stata avviata anche una speciale attività legata alla Maker Faire per la realizzazione delle mangiatoie per uccelli. I radioamatori hanno un background legato alla conoscenza dell'elettrotecnica e della radiofrequenza, i soci della Sezione ARI di Ostia hanno progettato e realizzato un ricevitore in banda laterale (SSB) per la banda radioamatoriale dei 40mt.
