Department Chair, Building Industries & Rapid Prototyping Instructor Louie Garcia is the forward-thinking department chair of the Building Industries program, specializing in construction education. As the lead instructor for the Rapid Prototyping classes, Louie worked with I-3 students to develop innovative programs that encouraged out-of-the-box thinking and creative problem-solving. Our staff is inspired by the challenge of seeing potential where others see waste.
