I have always enjoyed hands on activities and learning, it's even better when you can do both at once. While going to school for mechanical/aerospace engineering my interest in model rocketry was renewed although on a much larger scale. I had done Estes rocket while in middle school and opportunity to play with much bigger rockets was a big draw to me. Now I enjoy designing and launching model rockets and finding a challenge that will expand my knowledge and skill in the hobby.
